Minimally Invasive Facial Contouring
Surgical results without the downtime
WHAT IS FACETITE?
FaceTite is a minimally invasive procedure that is FDA approved to melt fat and tighten the skin. This procedure uses both internal and external Radio Frequency which results in remodeling of the adipose tissue as well as contractions of the dermis and sub-dermal connective tissues. FaceTite is most popularly done on the neck and jowls to give a more contoured appearance.

How is it done?
FaceTite is performed in the office, under light sedation, by Dr. Morris Elstein. He creates small incisions to insert the FaceTite device into the area. These incisions are so small that they are rarely seen once patient’s have recovered from their procedure. The FaceTite device will deliver RF energy to the fat cells, causing them to liquefy. While the fat cells are being targeted, the device is also contracting the dermis and sub-dermal connective tissues. This is what causes the skin to begin to tighten, giving the patient a more toned and contoured appearance. Once fat cells are liquefied, liposuction will be used to remove them from the body. Patients are sent home in a compression garment to enhance the healing process.
Results*
While some patients see results immediately, most do not. Full results are expected up to 6 months after the procedure. Result times can vary depending on genetics, age, and overall health.
Results begin to progress after the swelling and bruising has subsided. Patients who follow the correct aftercare protocol typically see results faster than those who do not.
After The Procedure?
All of our FaceTite patients are sent home in a compression garment and plenty of pads. Over the first 24-48 hours it is expected for patients to leak out any excess fluid. We encourage our patients to listen to their bodies and give themselves time to recover. Most patients resume normal daily activities after 3-7 days. Due to the face and neck area being more sensitive, it may take longer for bruising and swelling to subside.
What Areas Can It Treat?
FaceTite is most commonly used to contour the jowls and neck area. We sometimes use FaceTite on areas like the arms.
